Please read the following carefully. By using this website the "user" or "you" agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should exit the site or contact us with your query.

Delivery

Please choose from Next Working Day Delivery* or Standard 3 to 5 Working Day Delivery*

All orders that have a total order value of £30 or more will receive our Standard 3 to 5 Working Day Delivery completely FREE.

There is a charge for Next Working Day Delivery but you will only get charged once even if you have a number of items in your basket.

Next Working Day Delivery Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday to guarantee same day dispatch. If you have missed our 2pm cut off deadline please contact us on 0141 886 2626 and we will let you know if you still have time for same day dispatch or not.

If you select Next Working Day Delivery on an order placed on Friday before 2pm, then the parcel will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays, in which case it would be the Tuesday) as Saturday and Sunday are not classed as a normal working day. Please remember that we DO NOT deliver or dispatch orders at the weekends and bank holidays.

If you place an Order on Friday after 2pm, on a Saturday, a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, your item(s) will be dispatched on the next first Working Day.

**Please allow 1 to 3 more Working Days for both Next Working Day and Standard Delivery Orders to - Scottish Highlands/Islands or UK offshore Isles.

**Please bare in mind that when choosing Next Working Day and Standard Delivery, we cannot control when there are Bank Holidays, when the weekends fall and/or if there are issues with the couriers.

** We only post products to the UK though if you contact us on 0141 886 2626 we can let you know if it's possible for delivery to your chosen Country.

** If you would like to collect your order from our warehouse, please add your message to our Delivery Note section on our checkout page and contact us on 0141 886 2626 to arrange a suitable time.

**Any item(s) that happen to be out of stock or unavailable due to an unforeseen circumstance or honest mistake, your delivery will take longer, provided they are in stock with our suppliers. If your item(s) are out of stock entirely with our suppliers, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss other arrangements, should you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your order costs ASAP, please allow 2 to 4 Working Days for your Bank to process this.

Returns Policy

Products being returned must be returned within 30 days of when the product(s) were received, with the original tags attached and in original condition including any packaging and or box. Postage costs for any returns are the customer's responsibility.  Librance will refund the product(s) costs back to the card that the product(s) were purchased with. We appreciate when buying online you haven't physically seen or touched the product and items can look different on a screen compared to in the flesh. For this reason we will always do our best to advise you when purchasing from us so you can always phone or email us so we can discuss any questions regarding the items before the purchase.

If for any reason Librance is at fault, for example you were sent the wrong product, Librance will credit back the cost of the product(s) once we receive it back. Once we receive the product(s) and it is recognised as being our mistake, we will reimburse the product(s) costs and your P&P. Please contact us first and we will advise you on which courier or postal service to use depending on the size and weight of the item(s). If the item(s) are sent to us without our input you will only receive the cost of our normal 3 to 5 working day postage cost. The items need to inspected by us first before any postage cost refund is issued. The refund process can take 2 to 4 working days while the bank transfers the funds into your account.

If the product is believed to be faulty, please read through the manual thoroughly to ensure the correct operation of the product. If the fault persists, please email sales@librance.com with a description of the fault and your order number. Emails are usually answered within 1 to 2 working days. You must attach a photo of the area(s) so we can speed up the process instead of guessing from your description. In some cases we will be required to contact the manufacturer for their expert opinion before a decision is made which will add a further 2-3 working days to your answer. Librance will do our best to provide you with a replacement part once we have received the faulty part at our end. If we cannot secure a replacement part then we will give you the option of another similar part/product or give you a full refund along with your P&P. All products will have to be finally inspected by us before any refund for both item(s) and postage can be issued. Please remember that any refund can take 2 to 4 working days while the bank transfers the funds into your account.

A list of when we will NOT accept returns;

  • If a product(s) is returned and we feel that the product has been used/dirty or worn in any way  then we will not refund you your money and you will have to arrange collection of the item(s) back from us at your cost, we will not arrange or pay to send the item(s) back to you.
  • If a product(s) are not in the original packaging / damaged/ not with tags then you will not receive a refund and you will again have to arrange your own collection from us at your own cost.
  • If a product(s) have been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging therefore making the item non re-saleable, you will not receive a refund and you will have to arrange collection from us at your own cost, we will not be responsible for any item that has been damaged by your lack of care when sending any products back to us.

If the product(s) arrive back to us and the box has been damaged or torn but the item(s) is in a re-salable condition you will receive a partial refund, as we will not able to sell the products(s) in their original brand new markinging box.

Librance insists that with returns you must either email us or phone us to get a returns number. During this correspondence we will suggest a suitable secure delivery company which requires a signature upon delivery. If we do not have a returns number or the goods are delivered to us after the 30 day returns cut off point, you will not receive a refund and the item(s) will sit in the our warehouse storage waiting for you to contact us until a reasonable time has past.

When sending any item(s) back to us, please wrap and package the product(s) to the best of your ability, use common sense as to what is appropriate and what isn’t. You have to remember that the item(s) will go back into general sale, if the product and box are marked and not looking brand new, would you have been happy to receive it like that when it was originally delivered to you?

The product(s) only stops being your responsibility from the time Librance receives the package(s)

We suggest that every time you visit Librance.com, you read over the terms and conditions because Librance reserves the right to update or modify them at any time without prior notice. Products and Pricing

The products displayed on Librance.com are as accurate to their true colour as possible. Faults in viewing the colour of products will be down to the monitor used for accessing Librance.com. Librance suggests that each time "you" access Librance.com "you" check your settings so that the experience of purchasing on this site is an enjoyable one and faults are eliminated.

When buying from Librance.com please be aware that the colour, specifications, features and materials may differ from what you get. The reason for this is that our suppliers will often upgrade parts or the image shown is one of a few colours that they make and it is a lucky dip to what we get. To be certain on the colour, specifications, features and materials please contact us so that you're not going to be disappointed if you receive something similar but not exactly the same of what you purchased.

Librance will try to ensure that the prices on the website are accurate however, the prices will need to be checked before "your" order is processed. If the correct price for your product(s) is different from the price on your order, then Librance will notify you straight away. If this happens, you may cancel your order and Librance will refund you. You will be able to check the cost of your product(s) and the postage before the order is completed. If your credit or debit card is not in Pounds Sterling the final transaction amount may differ slightly on your credit card statement based on your bank's conversion rate at the time of the transaction and if a charge is levied by the bank. You acknowledge, by "your" use of this web site or anyone using "your" details, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated and Librance shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to "your" use.

You can pay by using, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, American Express, Solo, PayPal or JCB cards and all transactions are dealt with by Sagepay.

Using this site means that you agree to indemnify and hold Librance Ltd harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, expenses and damages, including fees, arising from or related to your use of this site.

Librance is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose any information to a third party, except where it is necessary - e.g. Parcel Force delivering your product(s). If there is any other reason, then Librance will ask for your permission.

Free UK Delivery*

Nearly all items on our site have free delivery once you spend £30 and over. There are certain products however that do carry shipping costs which are unfortunately are out of our control.

Price Match

At Librance, we strive to offer you the very best customer experience and value available in the UK. We are confident that our prices are competitive but if you find any product cheaper on another authorised UK retailer’s website, we will look into beating their price.

Simply go on to a product and if we are willing to look at price matching to other websites then there will be a Price Match Icon shown. Click the icon and follow the instruction. A team member will get back to you but if you don't hear straight back, please check your spam folder or contact us on the above number.

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the Librance web site. The Librance web site does collect some personal / identifiable information but this is always done through asking you the user to enter details such as your email address. We will never capture personal information without making you aware first.

You still have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Librance services or web site.

Warranty

Every product will be covered under the Manufacturer's warranty for a limited time and NOT by Librance Ltd. Please see the information included with the product(s) for more details including time limits and exclusions. If you have any questions with regards to your product(s) warranty, then please either call us on 0141 886 2626 or email sales@librance.com, depending on the issue, we will determine on whether it is or is not covered under warranty. If the issue is not covered under warranty then please contact the manufacturer, please note that each product carries a different warranty period depending on the manufacturer/supplier.

Due to the rigors associated with the sports we cater for, many things are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty including wheel bearings, headset bearings, wheel dehubbing, wheel chunking and flat spots, normal wear and tear, paint chipping and scratches, flex and spring brakes, axles, handlebar grips, grip tape, bending, snapping and damage of parts, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, lack of maintenance, non suitable storage. Manufacture warranty will be void if the product(s) are modified in any way.

When raising a warranty claim, we require evidence that the item(s) supplied are faulty, best practise is to firstly email photographs and videos along with your order number to support your claim. If you are told that the product(s) are not covered under warranty after we have reviewed your email and you wish to send the product(s) to us for further inspection you can do by sending your product back to us at your cost. Please contact us first so we can supply you with a returns code and advise you on which postal service or courier to use to keep your cost down*. If you send the products to us without a returns code, the product(s) will not be inspected and will not covered under warranty and you will have to arrange collection of the product(s) from us at your own cost.

If you do decide to send the product(s) back to us for further inspection with your returns code included and the item(s) are found to be caused by a manufacturing error, Librance Ltd will reimburse your postage cost and pay to return the product(s) back to you once they have been either fixed or replaced.

If the product(s) are inspected and are deemed to abe NOT covered by any warranty then it is up to you to organise collection of the product(s) from us at your own cost.

*Contacting Librance Ltd for a returns code and advise on which postal service or courier to use is essential because if you send the products back to us using a courier that was not advised by us you will not be reimbursed for the postage cost if the product(s) are found to be covered under warranty.

Pre-Order

Pre-Order due dates are just estimated and are not set in stone, most Pre-Order stock does arrive with us within 7 to 14 days of the initial estimated due date but please be aware that these Pre-Order due dates can change and it is not uncommon for the shipments to be late, this is completely out of our control. As soon as the Pre-Ordered stock arrives with us, your Order(s) will be sent out ASAP.
