Librance will dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to our stock levels. If for any reason it does not leave our warehouse within one working day, then Librance will contact you to explain the reason for your late delivery.

Librance will deliver products during the standard working week from Monday to Friday. Orders that have been placed before 12.00 will be dispatched that day, otherwise the product(s) will leave the warehouse the following day.

Deliveries normally take between 3 to 5 working days with Royal Mail, though if you live in a remote location, please understand that it could take slightly longer. If this is a problem, Librance also uses Parcel Force which will deliver your product(s) the following day or day after. If “you” do want the products a.s.a.p, please write a comment or send us an email about delivery and Librance will respond as best possible to your requests, but please note charges may vary. Please ensure that if you select deliveries using Parcel Force, someone will need to be in to sign for it. If no one signs for it and it is return back to Librance, then "you" will have to cover the cost.

If you live in Northern Ireland or any of the islands that surround the mainland, we cannot guarantee next day or 48 hour delivery. In most cases it takes two days though it has taken up to five.

If you are placing orders outside the UK we use Parcel Force and the charge for deliveries depends on your location and weight of the product. If you live in mainland Europe or the Republic of Ireland it will take 3 - 5 working days for your delivery, and the typical charge for a delivery weighing up to 30kgs is £10.00. We suggest that you contact us before you place your order to find out the charges.
