How can I place an order?
Online by Clicking on the "BUY" button and following instructions.
How long does Delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched that day if the product is in our warehouse. Standard delivery is estimated to take 3 to 5 working days. For next working day delivery please see our delivery details in our terms and conditions. If the item(s) are not in our warehouse, delivery can take longer as it might be dispatched straight from the manufacturer.
What if the item I order is out of stock?
Nearly everything that is advertised on the site is in stock. The site is updated daily to ensure that all the information is up to date. If for any reason we are out of stock then we will do our best to get the item(s) from our suppliers. We will inform you by email about this and to let you know the turn around for your item to arrive. If you order more than one of item(s) that we have in stock, the remaining item(s) will be dispatched once we have them back in stock. What if I decide that the item I have purchased is not suitable once I receive it?
No Problem. If within 30 days of the item(s) being received, if you change your mind for any reason at all, you may return your item(s) for either an exchange or a refund. All that we ask is that the goods are unused and complete with all original packaging. Please check our returns terms and conditions for more information.
Do I need a returns number or anything?
Yes. Please contact us by phone or email to acquire a "Return Authorisation Number". This number must accompany your parcel so that it is dealt with quickly.
Can we come to the warehouse personally?
Of course. We do have a showroom but we advise that you contact us by phone or email as our opening times may vary.
Do you deliver anywhere in the World?
We only deliver to the UK but exceptions can be made. Email email@example.com or phone 0141 8862626 to discuss additional postage costs.
If I see something that isn't on your website can you get it for me?
We can make an enquiry to our brands, if it is available we can get if for you. In some cases there might be an extra cost but you will be informed about this.
