How can I place an order?

Online by Clicking on the "BUY" button and following instructions.

How long does Delivery take?

Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched that day if the product is in the warehouse. If it is in the store then it does take a couple of days longer as we need to send the product to the warehouse and then on to yourself. It takes no more than 5 working days but most deliveries arrive the following day.

What if the item I order is out of stock?

Nearly everything that is advertised on the site is in stock. The site is updated daily to ensure that all the information is up to date. If for any reason we are out of stock then we will do our best to get the item(s) from our suppliers. We will inform you by email about this and to let you know the turn around for your item to arrive.

What if I decide that the item I have purchased is not suitable once I receive it?

No Problem. If within 10 days of the item being posted to you, you change your mind for any reason at all, you may return your item for either an exchange or a refund. All that we ask is that the goods are unused and complete with all original packaging. We won't accept any protective gear, as we don't know what has happened to the product(s) once it's left us nor will we refund underwear for hygiene purposes. If the packaging is damaged or the item has been used we will not refund or exchange the item and you will need to arrange collection.

Do I need a returns number or anything?

Yes. Please contact us by phone to acquire a "Return Authorisation Number". This number must accompany your parcel so that it is dealt with quickly.

Only to Europe though exceptions can be made if you email us and ask (

If I see something that isn't on your website can you get it for me?

We can make an enquiry to our brands, if it is available we can get if for you. In some cases there might be an extra cost but you will be informed about this.
