Products being returned must be returned
within 7 days of when the product(s) were received,
with the original tags attached and in original condition.
Librance will refund your money back to the card that
the product(s) were purchased on or you can get an
exchange for another product(s) from Scotland’s
largest Street Wear / Lifestyle clothing site.
If for any reason Librance is at fault,
for example you were sent the wrong product or it
was faulty when you received it, then Librance will
credit back the cost of the product(s) and the postage
once returned and checked. If the product is faulty,
Librance will do its best to provide you with a replacement
of that product(s) and bear the cost of the postage.
Librance insists that with returns
you must either email us or phone us to get a returns
number. If we receive returns without a returns number,
we will not accept the product(s).
The product(s) only stops being your
responsibility from the time Librance receives the
package(s). We suggest you therefore use a secure
delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
