Q - How can I place an order?

Q - How long does Delivery
take?
A Between 2-4 working days anywhere in mainland UK.
Q - What if the item I order
is out of stock?
A - Nearly everything that is advertised on the site
is in stock. The site is updated daily to ensure that
all the information is up to date.
Q - What if I decide that the
item I have purchased is not suitable once I receive
it?
A - No Problem. If within 7 days of receiving your
order you change your mind for any reason at all,
you may return your item for either an exchange or
a refund. All that we ask is that the goods are unused
and complete with all original packaging.
Q - Do I need a returns number
or anything?
A - Yes. Please contact us by either email or phone
to acquire a "Return Authorisation Number".
This number must accompany your parcel so that it
is dealt with quickly.

personally?
A - Of course. Our store addresses can be found above.

Q - Do you deliver anywhere
in the World?
A - Yes, however you will be charged more for delivery.
Q - If I see something on your
website but the size/ colour is not available, can
you get it in for me?
A - Librance deals directly with all of our major
brands, so if its available at their end we can get
if for you.
Q - If I see something that
isn't on your website can you get it for me?
A - We can make an enquiry to our brands, if it is
available we can get if for you at no extra cost.
